The speed of turn around for my 320d having an Inspection 2 and swirl flaps done was impressive. Pleasure taking my car here…this is now the “place” I shall be taking my car in future – without a doubt.

In all my forty odd years of driving for a living and having my vehicles maintained this independent BMW Specialist is without a shadow of doubt the absolute best I’ve ever come across. Their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile is exemplary as is the overall warmth and helpful attitude of all the people who work there. For example, some months ago the electric struts on the tailgate of my BMW E61 were broken. Chris effected an excellent repair he is an excellent mechanical engineer with a wealth of experience

Brilliant service and excellent customer advice. I have known Chris for a number of years and have always trusted my vehicles with him. Recently I was in the market for a new car, I discussed my requirements with Chris and he recommended an E46 Coupe would suit my needs best. He helped throughout the process by finding suitable cars advertised on the internet and then even came with me to inspect my potential purchase. A full half hour inspection was done on the car to ensure it was in good working order. After deciding to purchase the car he then assisted in getting the vehicle back to the Wirral and carried out a full levels check to ensure the car was ready to go. The service I received surpassed my expectations of my local BMW specialist and Chris really did go above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in this purchase. Highly recommended and I will continue to use BMWirral for all my motoring needs.
